    A shy Lapras that came with Anna and her crew after being found. Pacifica doesn't speak much and often stays with herself in the Oceanic Lake. Though she latches onto the pokemon she has an attachment to, such as Frostbite, shows up and chatters away, doing whatever it takes to gain his approval and attention. She's childish and slightly possessive of Frostbite, mostly having a puppy crush on the cold pokemon since that day he found her. She yearns for him to see her as something else other just a child..
